- According to my knowledge, only USR Courier and Motorola v.3400 provide a "line
- equalization" feature, ie, the modem dynamically adjusts its data rate backward
- or forward based on the current line condition. How useful is it in real
- life? Is this a "must have" feature? Why didn't all "high-end" modems
- implement this feature?
